Native Plants, Including Wildflowers & Trees
Spirit Tree Farms sells a limited amount of native plants, including native wildflowers and native trees (both seeds and plants/saplings) to folks in Northwest Georgia and the greater Chattanooga area.
Native plants available include tree saplings, tree seeds, wildflower seeds, wildflower cuttings, wildflower roots, and more. Here is a list:
- Oak saplings and acorns (several types)
- Shagbark hickory saplings and nuts
- Black walnut saplings
- Eastern Cedar (aka Eastern Juniper) saplings
- Carolina Buckthorn shrubs
- Wild-sourced pawpaw seeds
- Ironweed plants and seeds (in season)
- Late-blooming Bonneset plants and seeds (in season)
- Burnweed plants and seeds (in season)
- Pokeweed plants (in season)
- Coralberry plants and seeds (in season)
- Crossvine plants
- Wild-sourced elderberry cuttings and small shrubs
- Crownbeard (aka Ice Flower) roots and seeds
- Goldenrod seeds and plants (in season)
- Maypop / passion flower seeds, fruits, and plants (in season)
- River cane (NATIVE bamboo-like plant)
