Find Nature Joy Challenge – #FindNatureJoy

Our #FindNatureJoy Challenge is to look around you in nature and find things that make you happy, that bring you joy, or that teach you something. Then share what you see as a social media post. It could be a text post, photo, video or any other creative means. Perhaps nature inspires you to paint or draw something or to write a poem! When you post, be sure to tag us @SpiritTreeFarms on Facebook or Instagram and use #FindNatureJoy in the post. This way we can share your post on our Facebook wall or web site.

Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel and follow us on Facebook and/or Instagram. The video below has all the details and below the video is a quick step-by-step recap of how the challenge works. (Note: we started this as a 14-day challenge, but have decided to keep it ongoing!)

“Thank you for the opportunity to extrapolate lessons from the photos I was taking daily anyway ❤️ A blessing ❤️ They were insights that I never would have realized if I had not taken part in this challenge. It’s a powerful exercise. You could build a whole retreat experience around this ❤️

Here’s How the #FindNatureJoy Challenge Works

  • Step 1: Follow or like us on Facebook and/or Instagram so it’s easier for us to contact you if your entry is chosen.
  • Step 2: Go out and experience something beautiful, inspiring, interesting or joyful in nature.
  • Step 3: Document your discovery! Take a photo of it or a video of it. Or if you don’t want to take a picture, you can just write about it. It could be prose, poetry or just your thoughts about it. Or maybe nature will inspire you in some other creative endeavor you can share.
  • Step 4: Make a post on either Facebook or Instagram and use the hashtag #FindNatureJoy and tag us at @SpiritTreeFarms or our Spirit Tree Farms Facebook page.

We hope you’ll join us!
